So clean and adorable. When we drove up and saw it we were happy by the curb appeal and when we went inside, I have to say we were surprised at how what we saw actually was what was in the pictures. Thank you for such a beautiful perfect little home.

Everything! We road tripped from the Punta Gorda airport, arrived late at night and departed early so this place was very convenient for us. Much easier to just let ourselves in with a code than deal with hotel checkin.

I was very skeptical at first given some firsthand accounts with different locations of hotel/motel but I have to put respect and honesty where it’s deserved! Upon arriving I did my due diligence to ensure there were NO BUGS, and by bugs you can use your imagination but not the fun or cool kind. After my inspection I was very relieved to know I didn’t have creepy crawls throughout the night. The whole unit itself was very, very nice. Hot water,cold ac, good WiFi, outlets worked, bed was nice, EVERYTHING was CLEAN and it smelled good, no roach butt., hell yea. The staff was exceedingly excellent! All in all I stayed 2 nights and I would honestly do it again. The outside may not look the most up to date given the structure is probably older but it was a great stay. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HERE AND STAYING HERE!!!

The staff (Liz at the front desk, Cheryl at the bar) were pleasant, friendly, professional and efficinet. The location - it was so close to everythinng we were there to do. We went in early May and were very happy with the lack of congestion in the stores and the streets. We were told that after Easter, it is the “off season”. I think if we return (we most certainly will). I would like to go again in May. The weather is perfect (mid to upper 80s) and there is something for everybody. You also very close to Fort Myers’s and Tampa which opens an entire world of possibilities. Don’t overlook this “gem” of a destination!

We stayed 1 night out of 4 due to the fact the place had mold in the bathroom, filthy carpet, unexceptionable condition of the mattresses on the hide a beds, horrible smell of smoke and body odor and overall run down condition of the condo. We communicated with property manager about the possibility of a refund and she informed us the owner would not refund our money. We accepted the fact we would lose our money due to the threat of our health due to the mold and poor air quality. The property manager can into the condo when we were out and spray BLEACH in the shower to kill the mold. Between the overwhelming odor of bleach and febreeze on the carpet it became more of a health risk.

Port Charlotte looks like it is going downhill.
Port Charlotte looks like it is going downhill. Some malls had only a few stores and many stores have left the malls. Empty stores.
Dirty unkept areas, boulevards, parking lots were seen everywhere. Garbage was noticed in parking lots, and along roadways.
We won’t be back. Nicer areas in Florida to visit. Port Charlotte is not one of them.

We loved the place, it was just perfect, swimming pool was a bit small but warm and not crowded. It was comfortable to cook in condo, linen, everything was very clean and tidy. The location is by marina by the yachts and it's an amazing place for long walks and relaxing. Loved it!

So many great places to eat!
So many great places to eat! Our favorite this trip - TT's Tiki Bar.
On the water, great choices for lunch if you are looking for seafood, they also have burgers.
Had dinner at Laishley Crab House, which is also near the water.
Drove up to North Port for lunch at Anna Maria's Oyster Bar - so delicious!
Punta Gorda is very easy to navigate. They also had an Art Festival over the weekend, and you can walk along the waters edge.
Be sure to check out Fisherman's Village, also!
Did not make it to the Botanical Gardens, but I hear it is fabulous!

The rooms are large, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, small kitchen but is quite adequate. The condo is dated but clean. Great pool area. Parking is below the condo complex so covered parking. Big screened in porch with a couple of chairs and small table. Great value for the price.
