The hotel and surroundings were very clean, hallways were spotless and everything worked as it should. Breakfast was DREAMY! The place was brimming with life and beautiful people, we're lesbians and we saw another lesbian couple eating in another table, we felt welcomed! So LGBT friendly and people of all races and ethnicities, it was lovely!!

The staff LITERALLY treats you like family!!! Every staff member have/has gone above & beyond to make sure that we were happy, having a good time & they were always doing whatever they could to make sure we were beyond accommodated. They did everything they could to make sure EVERY guest was happy even while dealing with a complete hotel renovation!!! Ms. Tameeka, Ms. Marcy, Ms Angie & Ms. Anita were the BEST!!! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE STAYING HERE AGAIN!!!! I also must say even with the renovations our room was ALWAYS immaculate as well as the rest of the hotel was ALWAYS immaculate.

What I like about the hotel it is clean and neat. I don’t see why we have to pay for parking but it’s whatever you know $10. That’s good but still everything was perfect from the front desk into the maintenance guy that came and give me a lightbulb and the housekeeper who broke up towels.

I’ve stayed in this hotel a few other times. i selected it because of its proximity to the airport. It was clean, they have a free shuttle, and restaurant.
This was the first time I tried the restaurant. I had the chicken Cobb salad…it was fresh, large portion, and delicious! This surprised me, since I didn’t expect it from a hotel restaurant.
Shuttle ran every 20 minutes like clockwork!

I had to stay there due to reasons beyond my control or I would have left! There were roaches in the room. The floor was dirty and the stripping was falling away from the wall. The toilet seat was broken, one side hooked on. There were hairs on the bed sheets. Two out of the three staff members I met were very polite and nice. I was told there would be a microwave and refrigerator through booking.com, but when I got there, there wasn't either in the room and there was a microwave in the lobby to use while the lobby was open.

Getting around is a mess but as long as you keep your GPS on you'll get where you're going.

The airport is not far away. I will always stay here no matter what my trip needs are when I come to Philadelphia. The only problem is the internet not available and the hall need a fresh odor.

We came into town to attend the 76ers and Hornets game.
We came into town to attend the 76ers and Hornets game. The Wells Fargo Center is less than 15 min away from the hotel and very easy to get too. There is an Old Country Buffet and Royal Farms right next to hotel. We had dinner at Millers Ave 1119 W Baltimore Pike which is about 10 min away from hotel. Baltimore Pike is a long strip of restaurants, shopping mall and other stores. There is a walmart about 5 min away from the hotel. Although it is not a super walmart; they do have some groceries; no deli or meats. If you like to gamble, Harrah's casino is about 10 min down the road.

Overall location was easy to find. My room was very clean and all the staff were very welcoming and very nice. Dinner at the Streetlight restaurant was great. Housekeepers were very friendly and respectful. The only thing that went wrong was that my bank debit card was charged for the stay along with my cashapp card. Cashapp was contacted. The hotel released the money but cashapp stated that it could take up to one month to receive those funds.

The location is good to be able to shop as mall close by and lots transportation options into city .the staff are courteous and responsive however the room stank of cigarettes and requested non smoking . The furnishings were clean yet not adequate . Both lamps missing shades and all outlets were very worn out and not hold plug well making them useless . The refrigerator worked ok but not a single cup or utensils so take plastic for use. Also inadequate trash container in room . Can’t open curtains as ground level rooms and bright security lights shine in window at night

It was a decent stay however the bathroom toilet leaked the whole entire time. We reported it and no one one did anything about it. The bathroom floor stayed wet. We had towels use our towels because we were afraid of slipping and falling. No cups in the room for hot beverages and no safe for your valuables. Someone needs to replace the horrible sofas in these hotels. They feel dirty like they have not been cleaned in years.

This hotel is situated in a quiet area, close to Philadelphia Airport. This was our second time staying here after long International flights. The rooms are basic but spacious and clean. The beds are extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and the towels were new, soft and fluffy. After an 8 hour flight we needed showers and a good night's sleep. We got both, followed by a fantastic breakfast the next morning which was included in the rate. We stayed 1 night and couldn't fault it.

The hotel is wonderful! Our sink didn't drain well and that was annoying, but everything else was great. The shower is large and has great water pressure, the room is very clean and spacious, and the bed is very comfortable. Also, the air conditioning unit is very quiet.
