Everything was perfect. I think the property was very clean. Beautiful lobby and excellent room size, comfy beds. Pool area is amazing. My daughter used the pool and the hot tub, and she loved it. Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of options. Definitely would recommend this hotel. Congrats 👏 👏 👏

Your staff must communicate better. We showed up...they had given me 2 rooms for 1 nite instead of 1 room for 2 nites. The second day I was there, when I approached the desk about my bill..they thought I was checking in...AGAIN? One hand didn't know what the other was doing! Didn't need the stress. Too many hotel options in the area for me to have to deal with this nonsense. I'll stay elsewhere. Suggest you do the same!

I have stayed here several times since opening and unfortunately this was a huge disappointment. I am originally from the Clearwater/Largo area but choose to stay here when I’m home to visit because of the suites, kitchen, and location. Not sure why, but things were different this time. The bedding was dirty, the sofa mattress was soiled, the microwave and kitchen light weren’t working. The bathroom shower molding was very dirty. The day manager was not very pleasant when attempting to accommodate my needs. Maintenance was friendly but didn’t return as promised to fix the light. Cleaning staff finished my floor without coming to my room but returned hours later. It’s unfortunate that I will be looking for another hotel for my visit in next month.
Let me be clear - prior to this experience I would rate this hotel a 5 and DEFINITELY recommend to others but this was a HUGE disappointment! The location is great and close to everything.

I have lived in Clearwater since 1967.
I have lived in Clearwater since 1967. Our condo is being totally renovated due to damage from Milton. My daughter and I have lived in the condo for 30 years. Sleep Inn is great to stay at when we drive from Port Orange, FL to check on the progression of things, visit friends and continue seeing our family Doctors.

It was extremely close to the beaches a great park in the botanical gardens right within walking distance everything you could need was very close and accessible, but the home is secluded in private. You really get to enjoy your time without the hustle bustle of city life but everything is readily available. I even traveled to the Florida aquarium and it was an easy quick drive I would highly recommend, this location for vacation to anyone looking to spend time in Florida

The staff was horrible we were going though the worst storm and they treated me like a pain in the ass. I was staying for 4 nights they gave me 2 towels for 2 people really and asked for more and was refused. I asked when I first came if they was a evevator because I am a senior and had three coolers and several bags to carry up to the second floor. And the ice machine was in the main building and was not working when we lost power at 8pm 10/9 and left early because power was still not on. I asked several times if I could get the window open because the room was so hot but hey refused to send a person over

Largo is ten minutes away from Clearwater beach (where all the action is, shops, bars, restaurants. It's crowded, though and the beach is lined with huge blue umbrellas, and there is no free parking) and Indian Rocks beach (laid back, quieter, lots of free parking, prettier clear turquoise water than Clearwater, and cool little affordable restaurants and bars). Largo is perfect for people who want to be at the beach, but don't want to be right on the main strip and don't want to pay the high prices for beachfront properties. It has lots of different restaurants and places to shop. Everything from Walmart to small boutiques and lots of thrift stores. The weather is beautiful! We went in late October and it was 85 and sunny everyday.

Locks on building and doors to room were horrible. Room was a bit dirty. Breakfast great. Staff good. Elevator was not working. Outside lights to hotel not on at 7pm(dusk). No outside lights and had to put paper in car not to tow. Alternate door to get in hotel not locked. Lock to room did not lock unless you fiddled with it. Feeling of being unsafe.

I enjoyed Ft.
I enjoyed Ft. Desotto the most with it's long pier and seeing the dolphins and other wildlife. The traffic wasn't great and was sometimes frustrating. I didn't like being forced to pay a toll to Fort Desotto. Mariella's was a very affordable and tasty Mexican restaurant. John's Pass was ok and beach was free.

If you are planning a trip to Florida, Largo would be a great place to visit. The beaches are extraordinary- pure white sand and you can walk out into the ocean quite a distance and not have it above your waist. Perfect for children!
