We loved the remoteness, the welcoming of our host Douglas, the trees, the birds, the animals. very nice little chalet in the woods, a 5min drive to the airport (for 150rand, with lovely Douglas!)

The House On The Hill is a recently renovated apartment in Lanseria where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. Mike is an awesome host. The cottages are meticulously decorated and very comfortable—truly a home away from home. The garden and views make the space feel like a sanctuary. We had a lovely stay, and we especially appreciated Mike’s proactive care during the power outage, with immediate generator switching and constant communication. We’ll definitely be back.
