Within the quick rush of reserving and paying for the room I phoned the guesthouse to organize the shuttle and Gugulethu immediately assisted. The airport shuttle was able to pick my mom up in only 7 minutes and I was informed by Gugulethu that my mom arrived safely and will be in good hands.
