The location was perfect for work I needed to do at Warwick University and had good transport links for my visit to Leamington Spa. The room and bathroom were really clean the shower worked well. Breakfast was lovely and included juice and hot pastries (delivered to the room), enjoyed with the in room tea, coffee and hot chocolate facilities. The hosts were really efficient and friendly.

This is our second time at this house but with different workers they said exactly the same as the first lads the house is immaculate beautifully decorated with all the comforts of a perfect stay the kitchen has all the facilities for your own cooking the beds are very comfortable with the bonus of having a tv the bathroom is very large with a very good shower free parking on site and good local amenities if we’re working within 30 miles of this house we would definitely book again

All the necessities are provided, such as- detergent pods, tea, coffee, body wash, etc. There were also clear instructions on machines usage and labelled where the electronics should be placed after use. Not only that, most of the electronics provided are good quality. The location is just nice as it is close to the city centre. The living room was very cozy and the host was very kind and flexible to cater to our needs. Overall, we had a lovely stay in Coventry and we'd definitely stay here again.
