Brand new rooms. Food is good, fresh with a lot of choices. The staff is helpful and they are putting a lot of effort to have everything in the place(cleaning tables, preparing food/drinks ...). The animation team is great(kids are very happy with the kids corner), well organized, each day they prepare almost a full day of different activities by the pool.

Everything was great with the exception of the spa. The rest was just amazing. The food was exceptionally delicious and the garden is a real paradise on earth. I am absolutely enchanted by this place. I am so happy it is Bulgarian. Very high quality of the tourist service. And the staff are extremely kind and helpful. The location is a dream come true. Words just fail me. I am in love with Helena!

It was excellent. The hotel suprised us and we got a deluxe Family room instead of a double room. It made the holiday more comfortable to us. We got a crib for the baby for free. The room was very clean. There is a fun park in front of the hotel, but we didn’t hear anything from that noise. The food was fantastic, everybody can choose from them. There is a nice playground in the hotel, so the kids can also enjoy the stay here. Staff is very friendly and helps in everything.

Food was awesome, especially dining at the italian restaurant. The service was great. Enjoyed the easy access to many pools, aqua park and beach. Loved to have a dryer on the balcony.
