Food, room and staff were great to interact with! We enjoyed the indoor warm pool as all the other pools are not heated. Staff were friendly and when we wanted to get a room on a higher room the lady at the front desk took a few mins and got us a better room!!

The service was exceptionally good. The receptionist (Christina) made sure we were comfortable. She answered all our questions and generally took care of us. Hope to see her again next year.

The numerous pools, the water temperature in the internal pool, the amazing beach, the water park. There were many activities which cost money, but although i would prefer not paying additional fees, it was incredible that always these additional activities were empty without any queue. We were 1 week and was always what to do, many different activities every day. This hotel was marvelous for us😊!

HELENA Park remains a model for how a good quality tourism should be done. Chapeau bas for all the team! They all are doing their best for making everybody happy. We've enjoyed everything: the restaurant, accomodation, pools, park, entertainment. It was our second vacation at Helena and we'll wait for the next one here. Overall, our stay was wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and very responsive whenever we needed something, which made the experience even better. Location, relaxation, views, staff help, nice room excellent size of balcony, close to outside shopping and restaurant and cafes , so many swimming pools and have good Gym. In door foods were very delicious for the three meals.
