All-Inclusive Stays in Pomorie

I actually can't wait to go back👌 I would definitely go back to this hotel and stay for a bit longer. As long as Emi is still there! We stayed for 2 nights Wednesday - Friday in the middle of June. 2 adults and 2 children. We visit Bulgaria every couple of months for work for the last 7 years but this is the first vacation we have taken! Knowing that Bulgaria is only really an up and coming tourist destination mainly for party sunny beach no hotel we've stayed in has ever been perfect. We know that there will be some issues. We have had awful experiences in hotels even ones that claim to be the best. So we arrived and the receptionist spoke English, she was very welcoming and helpful. Not moody at all as some reviews claim. I'll now say that every single staff member was friendly, spoke some English and was just totally amazing and helpful ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ even one of the maintenance men started talking with me and his family live in Sliven where we work. Bojidar in the restaurant was so friendly, my daughter totally loved him ran up and cuddled him! The cleaner came in while we were changing for the beach and saw the little ones running around, she didn't want to mop the floor in case they slipped and waited til we were done. Very thoughtful of her. The pools were suitable for small children, there is a kid's pool and a deeper pool plus a little Jacuzzi area. There is a green and a children's playground that does need some maintenance, but no one got hurt and it totally did the job. There is a bar at the pool (it wasn't open as its not in season yet I guess) but the restaurant is just a few steps from the pool to get drinks. . Food and Drinks are overall great! Best for last, the kids entertainment! Emi and Petar. My daughter loved them so much! They were attentive, interactive and fun! They do dancing, arts and crafts, play pool games, evening disco. I cannot praise this enough. Honestly you are both treasures! Animation, the best!

Staffs are nice, food are good, and beach is nearby

- clean rooms - clean bathrooms - great program entertainement for kids and for adults also.

HELENA Park remains a model for how a good quality tourism should be done. Chapeau bas for all the team! They all are doing their best for making everybody happy. We've enjoyed everything: the restaurant, accomodation, pools, park, entertainment. It was our second vacation at Helena and we'll wait for the next one here. Very special thoughts for the manager (Mrs. Ralitsa is a wonderful lady - congrats for your activity)!!!!!

Had a nice stay. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel grounds are green and beautifully maintained. The room was clean, cozy, with new furniture. The pool is nice and the hotel has also indoor heated pool. The food is varied and delicious. The location is perfect as well. Would gladly come back again

Good staff , good vibe , i recommend it

Food, room and staff were great to interact with! We enjoyed the indoor warm pool as all the other pools are not heated. Staff were friendly and when we wanted to get a room on a higher room the lady at the front desk took a few mins and got us a better room!!

Everything except lunch, which was not diversified at all. I liked that they had more vegetable options, but what I didn't like was that they weren't complex dishes of vegetables. I liked location, there are a lot of pools that are great, even for kids. Clean, good staff, good food and for all tastes. The beach is a little far, considering that Secrets and Dreams have the same patronage, the beach at Secrets could have been allocated to Deams hotel for families with children and the one next to it, for Secrets hotel, that is only for adults.

The staff was nice and friendly, extra appreciation for the young girl at the reception and best of luck in your upcoming Erasmus!
