Overall, our stay was wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and very responsive whenever we needed something, which made the experience even better. Food, room and staff were great to interact with! We enjoyed the indoor warm pool as all the other pools are not heated. Staff were friendly and when we wanted to get a room on a higher room the lady at the front desk took a few mins and got us a better room!!

Location, relaxation, views, staff help, nice room excellent size of balcony, close to outside shopping and restaurant and cafes , so many swimming pools and have good Gym. In door foods were very delicious for the three meals.
