Everything was great with the exception of the spa. The rest was just amazing. The food was exceptionally delicious and the garden is a real paradise on earth. I am absolutely enchanted by this place. I am so happy it is Bulgarian. Very high quality of the tourist service. And the staff are extremely kind and helpful. The location is a dream come true. Location, relaxation, views, staff help, nice room excellent size of balcony, close to outside shopping and restaurant and cafes , so many swimming pools and have good Gym. In door foods were very delicious for the three meals.
