Quiet place and friendly staff, maybe less the front desk which is not familiar with greetings even if you are greeting first. The food was great, compliments to the chef, way better than other hotels same standard. Overall was just the right place.

Fully renovated in 2024 hotel Marvel is located in the northern part of Sunny Beach, close to the beach and will charm you with it's modern style and amazing sea views.

Brand new rooms. Food is good, fresh with a lot of choices. The staff is helpful and they are putting a lot of effort to have everything in the place(cleaning tables, preparing food/drinks ...). The animation team is great(kids are very happy with the kids corner), well organized, each day they prepare almost a full day of different activities by the pool.

Everything was great with the exception of the spa. The rest was just amazing. The food was exceptionally delicious and the garden is a real paradise on earth. I am absolutely enchanted by this place. I am so happy it is Bulgarian. Very high quality of the tourist service. And the staff are extremely kind and helpful. The location is a dream come true. Words just fail me. I am in love with Helena!

Had a nice stay. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel grounds are green and beautifully maintained. The room was clean, cozy, with new furniture. The pool is nice and the hotel has also indoor heated pool. The food is varied and delicious. The location is perfect as well. Would gladly come back again
