Quiet place and friendly staff, maybe less the front desk which is not familiar with greetings even if you are greeting first. The food was great, compliments to the chef, way better than other hotels same standard. Overall was just the right place.

Everything was great with the exception of the spa. The rest was just amazing. The food was exceptionally delicious and the garden is a real paradise on earth. I am absolutely enchanted by this place. I am so happy it is Bulgarian. Very high quality of the tourist service. And the staff are extremely kind and helpful. The location is a dream come true. Words just fail me. I am in love with Helena!

It was excellent. The hotel suprised us and we got a deluxe Family room instead of a double room. It made the holiday more comfortable to us. We got a crib for the baby for free. The room was very clean. There is a fun park in front of the hotel, but we didn’t hear anything from that noise. The food was fantastic, everybody can choose from them. There is a nice playground in the hotel, so the kids can also enjoy the stay here. Staff is very friendly and helps in everything.

Everything except lunch, which was not diversified at all. I liked that they had more vegetable options, but what I didn't like was that they weren't complex dishes of vegetables. I liked location, there are a lot of pools that are great, even for kids. Clean, good staff, good food and for all tastes. The beach is a little far, considering that Secrets and Dreams have the same patronage, the beach at Secrets could have been allocated to Deams hotel for families with children and the one next to it, for Secrets hotel, that is only for adults.

Food was really good. Breakfast can be started to be boring if you will stay more then 5 days, but overall I think it's quite good food and options, you always can find something (fish, meat, vegetables).Liked that every two days was theme dinner (italian, bulgarian, mideterian). Also everything was really clean in hotel. Really clean rooms, not smelly bathrooms, quiet rooms even tho it was near main road. Friendly personal as well. All of them young and very communicative. Location is nice! It's not in crowd center so it;'s calm and nice beach side. But very easy reach Nesebr and center of Sunny beach by using train car, stop is near by. Spa was not the best looking, but again, very clean and nice. Price are very nice as well, personal friendly, very good massages and a lot of options for different zones.
