everything was perfect. they upgraded are room probably since no high season. took care of our gluten free breakfast request. ( one with celiac) . great helpful staff . even on day of checkout allowed us enter breakfast earlier so won’t miss it.

We stayed at the Royal suite which was perfect with a huge balcony overlooking the beach and pool. The spa service was good and we enjoyed the breakfast and food at the pool restaurant. Also staff is friendly, special thanks to Samantha who was very welcoming. Overall very good experience.

Fabulous location - if you are looking for a hotel outside of busy area of Protaras 5-10 min walk to few of the best beaches in the area. 15 min walk to the Protaras promenade if you are looking for the excitement and night life(there is also a bus stop right outside of the hotel) Grounds- very nicely kept, very clean. The manager is always walking around and making sure everything is spotless, good job :) Room- beautiful modern rooms, comfortable beds and amazing unobstructed sea view. Staff- extremely nice and helpful Breakfast- very good, lots of selection available for everyone’s taste. Food is good. Location is good. Territory of hotel is nice. There is kids club for kids under 3 age. Outside playground for kids. They upgraded our room for free. I liked terrace that we had. Big advantage that there is no loud music during the day and no disco in the evening (it was inside, so, no noise for people with kids).

First thing we liked in the hotel how they welcomed us ! Diana was very nice, gave us full information and she speaks 4 languages! The restaurants and bars staff were Very good as well, specially Lukas, Panayotis, Josef and Anna. Entertainments and food & location are perfect!
