We had a wonderful stay! I had requested a room on an upper floor, and not only was my request kindly accommodated, but the room I received exceeded all expectations. It was spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking—truly a highlight of my trip. What made the experience even more special was the staff. Every single person I interacted with was polite, professional, and genuinely helpful, an example of great hospitality, from reception to housekeeping—and the kitchen staff, who were all so kind. The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Protaras!

We were very pleased with the hotel. The atmosphere, cleanliness, location, and views were all excellent. The entire place was very clean, and our rooms were cleaned daily. Our only regret was having to leave. The best beach is just a 3-minute walk away.

This is a great place if you want to explore the lovely beaches of Protaras. The beach is directly in front of the hotel so you are at the beach and boardwalk in an instant. The main shopping strip is a 1-2 min walk on the other side. If you want to be in the heart of it all this is the place. Facilities and staff lovely. And the buffet food was better then expected. Delicious.

Just 328 feet from Agia Napa Beach and the port, Nelia Gardens has an outdoor pool with a sun terrace and sun loungers. It offers self-catered accommodations with a balcony.

location is excellent, near to Harbour and top fish restaurants, but in a very classy quite street 300 meters to Makariou and main bus station room was very specious with huge balcony, bathroom is simple but new and clean shampoo smells was amazing, room was properly cleaned every day Thanks to Monica the small waiter with beautiful smile, breakfast was nice highly recommended hotel no bellman to carry the bags up :(

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. All the spaces were super clean and looked wonderful. Very helpful staff, great breakfast choice, spacious room and bathroom. The pool area was very nice. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the close proximity of the hotel. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Everything!! Truly everything was amazing! But first I need to say that, before going to the hotel I read all the reviews….. and I don’t know what they where talking about….. first the receptionist Alina, Darina and even the Manager!!! They where always happy to help always smiling always just like LA standards!!! Really %10000 on Customer Service!!! I can’t say enough about it! I would def go back again!!! And I did the mistake that I read that the food was meh…. And honestly I think someone wrote on purpose bad reviews Food was soooo yummy! The ingredients where fresh, and good and just really good food!!!
