The stay was wonderful. Things for improvement : for common guests there are very little shade on the beach. But , If you are Eclave guest you can find palm tent and trees . This was a little unfair in my opinion , but we had a great anyway! Best restaurants : buffet/ Italian and Peruvian! The staff is all so nice and professional. The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained.

I felt unwell on the day I arrived at the hotel, the staff helped me get to a nearby hospital, accompanied me and took care of me throughout the medical visit, helped translate the information the doctors said and also make sure how I was feeling the next day. It really gave a good feeling, I didn't expect such good treatment and high-level service. In addition, they let my partner take out food from breakfast for me so I could eat something when I was still sick and couldn't get out of bed. The staff and service were wonderful.

Great location and 24 hours security, Enrique is the best host ever. Hotel has nice outlay with pool, bar and des decorated area around. The breakfast was included and it was big and delicious and different every day. For your convenience there is room service for breakfasts or if you order something from restaurant. The restaurant menu has nice variety dishes with affordable prices. Right on the corner there is guagua stop so you can get to everywhere in La Romana for 40 DP or get the uber if you have luggage

We had a fantastic experience at the Royal La Romana hotel and we cannot fault our stay really. The duplex room was huge, full of amenities and details and super comfortable, which made our stay really enjoyable. The staff at the hotel is very kind and attentive. We found mixed reviews about the food in other comments at the time of booking but we cannot complain; we tried almost every option at lunch and dinner from the adults only area and they mostly exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful beach like i have never seen,the room very big very clean and very confortable, room service high class . The staff very nice happy and respectful . Entretainment good and cleaness of the whole area exelent. The food very good and healthy. At the beach exelent security specially sony who was alert at all time. . Richard in the buffet give a good service. Alberto in the pool area bar good service and always happy. Juan Francisco and Osvaldo at the Recepcion were always smileing and very kind .
