I felt unwell on the day I arrived at the hotel, the staff helped me get to a nearby hospital, accompanied me and took care of me throughout the medical visit, helped translate the information the doctors said and also make sure how I was feeling the next day. It really gave a good feeling, I didn't expect such good treatment and high-level service. In addition, they let my partner take out food from breakfast for me so I could eat something when I was still sick and couldn't get out of bed. The staff and service were wonderful.

Great location and 24 hours security, Enrique is the best host ever. Hotel has nice outlay with pool, bar and des decorated area around. The breakfast was included and it was big and delicious and different every day. For your convenience there is room service for breakfasts or if you order something from restaurant. The restaurant menu has nice variety dishes with affordable prices. Right on the corner there is guagua stop so you can get to everywhere in La Romana for 40 DP or get the uber if you have luggage

Amazing resort! I loved everything about it, except the arrangement for the airport shuttle service. I had to arrange this service at last minute and couldn’t do it, so I had to catch an Uber to the resort. Besides this, everything is amazing. Great food and drinks, desserts could be better, though! The price is also spicy for the Enclave garden view.

As someone who work in hotels for the last 5 years, boutique hotels and 5 stars hotels. I got to say I’m surprised! The food was surprisingly very good!!!! In the buffet and in the restaurants of the hotel. All of the staff are very kind, nice and helpful I want to thank to everyone and especially darliana and heury from guest service who took care of everything I asked for. Ronal from the front desk who helped me to get my medications on time with pleasure and a big smile! Also drabi, Alejandro, aldo and the rest of the front desk staff who was always helpful and with a big smile. Camili and margarita from housekeeping who were so nice and adorable:) Jose and Francisco from the itailian restaurant, and Juan from the French restaurant - serve with a smile and small talks which is very important. And the one and only - my favorite - Alfred Bautista :) Keeps the energy high in the sky Always here to help with a smile Thank you all for making my time in the DR unforgettable!!! We liked mostly everything about our stay at Catalonia. The resort is lovely, very well maintained and their location is very good, the best beach of Bayahibe. They have a strong client service management, always checking if we are ok, if we need anything or if any direct feedback. Food was tasteful.

Facilities were absolute wonderful. Pool, room(includes the best couple shower ever!), restraunts, bars all look and operate to the best! Everyone were so kind and nice for us. Room with pool access - absolutly worth it.
