I love everything about this property...the staff.. every employee I come across they greetings you with a smile.....( Super Dario and ANNE ) from the main dinning room...two of the best employee...they always smiling and willing to help.........the food..10 out of 10.......service..10 out of 10....this hotel is one of the cleanest Hotel i every stay at.....public bathrooms always clean and smell fresh....everything was perfect......my room always clean...the person Who clean my room always clean my room perfectly..she organized everything neatly and she always polite.. my room..Viento Suite Ocean Front..room #7201...the bed..10 out of 10 comfortable.......throughout my 5 night stay...I was treated like a king.........Food..many different choices....Japanese restaurants...10 out of 10......French restaurants..10 out of 10....pool.10 out 10........I did enjoy my vacation...I will always recommend this beautiful property to all my friends...I did not want to leave..........the entertainment team did a good job to keep the guest happy..........my check in at VIP desk was really fast.....I did have a little issue with my credit card....but the issue solved professionally and quickly...............my overall stay was relaxing....I did enjoy my vacation 100%..........I love go to the main buffet because of the good service from the wonderful employee....all employee working in the main dinning that I come across ..also the girls that serve at the downstair lobby bar..,they are professional...they work with a smile...

Excelent location, beautiful facilities and very very friendly and nice people. There's a bunch of activities for all ages, and you get to be entertained all the time. It is mostly good food and is very accessible everywhere in any of its multiple restaurants.

This all-inclusive resort, completely renovated in 2021, is located on Bavaro Beach in the Dominican Republic.

Love the friendly Staff; Variety of Food and Fruits at the Buffet; Endless Premium Drinks at the bars; Amazing shows hosted by the Animation Team, the Variety Show and the Michael Jackson shows were EPIC; Great access to pool and beach; Shuttle services were always on time; The choices of restaurants were adequate; Asian Restaurant was the OUT OF THIS WORLD AMAZING; I LOVED the coffee and Icecream shop; The staff at the gift shop was friendly; Bartenders were friendly and professional; Most staff spoke basic english which made it easy to communicate. Bags left at security checkpoint was safe and secure The SPA experience was awesome. Several extracuricular facilities to keep you occupied like tennis court, basketball court, mini golf, mini bowling at sports bar. Overral it was an amazing experience and I will be visiting again! Thank you to the staff that made my vacation memorable.
