The food is very good, love the big salad bowls. Staff very helpful, especially front office manager. Reef is great, wear shoes when wading from the beach. The jetty is handy for island reef, steps to the water. Beds comfortable, hot water plentiful. Ahmed on the beach a fount of information 👍

The hotel left an exceptionally positive impression, as did the reef. Our trip began with us forgetting our phone in the taxi, and we want to point out that the hotel manager Sherif noticed that something was wrong just by looking at us—even before we said anything. He asked what had happened and quickly helped to solve this issue. In our experience, such attentiveness is rare. The reef near the hotel is excellent, starting with a convenient pier and continuing with a rich variety of live corals and marine life. There are plenty of turtles, which are very easy to meet. The hotel itself also left a pleasant impression. As a welcome gesture, we received a free room upgrade upon arrival. The restaurants offered excellent food, the room was clean, the internet was good (especially by Egyptian standards), and the bed was comfortable. We honestly can’t think of anything that would have spoiled the experience.

Location is Great, the Hotel is Clean not only rooms, Food is perfect and lot of variety, Marsa Alam has no night life, but at the Hotel You can't feel boring at night even if you try to! night show, Music, Singers, and Disco. The Staff is AMAZING! not one or two of them, All of them were Great! They so welcoming and work from their heart with an amazing spirit! This is the first time for me to feel like OH MY GOD I want to come back because of those beautiful guys, This place will be My place at Marsa Alam, and for sure I will go back with my friends! This hotel is just amazing 💕Mohamed the housekeeper delight our life every day 🌹a big thank you also to the Restaurant and Kitchen Team, the food was better than many other place and the staff( Moustafa, Khaled, Youssef, Mohamed, and everybody else ) made me feel like home 🥰 My Son and me loved the Kids club, which we stayed a lot. Thank you Ibrahim. Also the swimming pool from the hotel is a lovely place. The beach was very clean and also safe for children. A big thank you also for Sayed from the beauty salon. I never had that professional job before. All Port Ghalib made me feel very comfortable ❤️
