I recently stayed at an all-inclusive hotel in Hurghada and had a great experience from start to finish. The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making check-in smooth and even offering us a complimentary room upgrade, which was a wonderful surprise. The bartenders (especially Ahmed in the lobby bar!) were friendly and professional, always ready with a smile and great service at any time of day. The facilities were excellent — everything was clean, well-maintained, and easily accessible. From the pools to the beach area, everything contributed to a very relaxing stay. Moreover, in this hotel I was able to remote work and relax near the pool! such a great experience! Overall, I was very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a worry-free holiday in Hurgada

Lovely, newly built resort. The place felt very fresh, clean, and stylish. The staff, from cleaners to managers, were personable, kind, and helpful and did everything in their power to make our stay wonderful. The food was quite good, especially for an all-inclusive, lots of healthy (and less healthy options) and good variety, so we didn't get bored with it. The location within Hurghada is great, very close to the airport, but Hurghada itself is not much of a tourist destination. There are some nice shops just outside the resort.

We have only ever been to an all-inclusive resort once before, a 3 day stay in Mexico. The Grand Palace was an absolutely wonderful experience. The food was great. The grounds were lovely. The staff was amazing. From our housekeeper Araby to the wait staff to the front desk people, we were treated very well. I’m not the best one to judge resorts, but this stay was very, very enjoyable.
