The personnel were extremely helpful, everyone was really nice and always happy to help. All the servers and chefs are extremely thoughtful and anything you need will be provided from specific food preferences to anything room related. Mr Amgad was most helpful and the servers from the main restaurant were always really nice and provided everything we needed.

Our experience at Jaz Soma Beach Hotel was perfect in every way. Our room was spacious for three adults and impeccably clean. The sandy beach was stunning, and all the staff were friendly and always ready to help. Our main consultant, Rahim, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. On our last day, one of us wasn’t feeling well, and we had a late check-out; Rahim made arrangements that allowed us to relax and enjoy our time despite the situation. The staff is amazing specially the front desk people. Moustafa upgraded us to a sea view room that was really nice. The hotel is super clean, food was nice with a big variety. I was celebrating my father’s birthday and the guest relations arranged for us a complimentary cake. Also checkout was fast and easy, Michael was very helpful. The beach and infinity pool are breathtaking. I liked the adults only areas where it was quitter and more relaxing.
