We loved our stay, and I want to commend the reception staff for their exceptional support and hospitality. The complimentary upgrade to a family room was a delightful surprise. I liked the availability of free, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the premises and the well-maintained pools and beach. Location is Great, the Hotel is Clean not only rooms, Food is perfect and lot of variety, Marsa Alam has no night life, but at the Hotel You can't feel boring at night even if you try to! night show, Music, Singers, and Disco. The Staff is AMAZING! not one or two of them, All of them were Great! They so welcoming and work from their heart with an amazing spirit! This is the first time for me to feel like OH MY GOD I want to come back because of those beautiful guys, This place will be My place at Marsa Alam, and for sure I will go back with my friends!
