Perfect place to stay, clean and comfortable rooms, great location and excellent service. Very easy to check in and check out. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff. The quality of food was really good and the kitchen chefs and staff are working very hard. The animation activities were amazing, and the staff were very nice, sweet and friendly. Big thanks to Ms. Aliaa, Ms. Dina, Mr. Shady and Mr. Ahmed. I would like to thank Issac from the pool bar for being friendly also Mohamed from the bar, and Ahmad from the room service.

After a good time of thinking I would like to start with the people, in 10 days, 9 nights I have been dealing with not only professional, cooperative, but also kind hearted; people/ staff. Food/ buffet: only first night was not very satisfying but for the rest of the days was good. Every comment/ feedback I gave to the chef was realized the day after. I asked for (Molokai/ Ute or green soup) they cooked it for me the 2nd day. However I would ask for more diversity and change in the menu. Rooms: amazing rooms with sea view and back yard with open air shower.

The reception staff were excellent, particularly the mature gentlemen who was extremely helpful and kind . All of the other staff too were extremely good too . Excellent meals.

Kiro and Alan the guys that work at bar in the pool must me promoted. They made our trip amazing always smiling , good vibe every day. This is our third time at this hotel, the things are better. Something has changed in the restaurant that there are no waiting line to take food, specially at the dinner. Last year the waiting line was huge, making the experience bad, now was really good. The food always great. The room was much cleaner then last year. Great vacation , good value for money. Ah there is a cold beer !!
