I took a junior suite with swimming pool view. It was close to everything in the hotel as well not too much stairs as requested during my booking and they accommodated me. The suite Clean, nice staff and the buffet was amazing. Special thanks to Mr. Mohammed Salah in the reception.

Very good option in Port Ghalib. Tasty food, friendly and educated staff, not bad local alcohol. Overall service is better than in similar level hotel in Sharm-El-Sheih. WiFi works in some places of the hotel, not very fast, but allows to send photos and messages normally

We had the best time at this resort! The service was fantastic—everyone was so friendly and helpful from the start. There were so many fun things to do for both kids and adults. We were never bored, not even for a minute! The animation team was amazing and super fun. They made us laugh every day with their games and shows. They really made the whole trip extra special. The food was also really good, with lots of tasty choices. Every meal was fresh and enjoyable. This resort is perfect for families or anyone who wants a fun, relaxing holiday. We loved every moment and can’t wait to come back!

We loved our stay, and I want to commend the reception staff for their exceptional support and hospitality. The complimentary upgrade to a family room was a delightful surprise. I liked the availability of free, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the premises and the well-maintained pools and beach.
