This was a great deal. Rooms are clean, decent food, great entertainment, and exceptional staff, especially Mostafa from the reception.

It was really nice that they gave us the early check-in and check-out option. The place was really clean and we thank Mr. Ali Said and Mr. Hasem was really attentive.

Everyone is helpful and smiles always. Hotel is so clean and best food in that area. Mohamed Abdelstar in the lobby did he best for us all the time. Mr. Erkan Sezen who is hotel manager one of the best manager ever. Moamen who is in spa center is fantastic guy. Recommended at all.

Amount of pools and quality of food.

Love the friendly and very sweet stuff Love the hotel facilities Love the different kind of pools and attractions inside the hotel The chef s are wonderful , chef Mohamed Ala who is wonderful and created food we loved Reception Abdalla , and all Other from reception are amazing and very helpful The manager of restaurant Ezzat he is so manageable and kind , he base a very nice skills to communicate and explain everything, the cleaner of my room Ahmed , he made arts after every cleaning and it is totally safe to leave personal belongings.

The hotel is close to the airport. Very large, well maintained area. Even the farthest corners of the hotel can be reached, as a bus runs every five minutes, which transports tourists around the entire territory. The rooms are large, cozy, clean, with terraces. At night time, very quiet and peaceful. Beds are very wide and comfortable. Exellent swimming pools in the reserve area. The restaurant serves very tasty, varied and fresh food. The entire restaurant staff is very kind, friendly, helpful and always smiling. Access to the beach does not require any effort, although the hotel is located on a high cliff, there are several elevators for the convenience of vacationers. The beach itself is beautiful, large, sunbeds are not crowded together, spacious. A very convenient bridge for access to the sea. An impressive coral reef right off the coast. More than enough space for swimming, very safe. Extremely kind, friendly lifeguards are ready to help you at any moment. All of them deserve praise, but especially Abdul, the supervisor. All the hotel reception staff are also very nice and helpful. Check-in is quick, the vacationer is not made to wait. All issues are resolved very promptly. I didn't meet a single unpleasant employee here. Everyone, without exception, is friendly, kind, very helpful and smiling. Even the driver of the bus that runs around the hotel area, was also a very nice person, he was not behind in his helpfulness from all the service staff. In every corner of this hotel, you could feel the attention of the service staff to their guest. I am really happy i chose this hotel - brilliant time spent from the first to the last minute i got here. When leaving the hotel, even the security guard at the entrance to the hotel territory surprised us with his helpfulness and smiles. Thank you all. I will definitely be coming back.

I liked the most ,the staff,I met great people,they are very careful and so polite and make your stay more comfortable! I will recommend this resort, everything was perfect,the food was good,the room was perfect,the staff are great! You have a bus who bring you to the beach wich is absolutely amazing,you can do snorkeling,you have bar near the beach where you can get everything what you need!

The crew is amazing.. Mr. Yosef Essam did a extremely good job taking care about our room and give us the support we needed. The bartender Mohamed Knawy is the best.. the wonderful drinks and the very professional ability I never seen! Number one! The structure is very good.. everything works pretty much well. Lots of activities and food options.
