Everything was good. The variety of foods was good. Clean. Professional life guard on the pool . Animation team was good specially with the kids. They offer for us a romantic dinner to me and my wife and son. Water park amazing. Beach all facilities available.

Beautiful hotel, well maintained. Great staff especially at the Posh Club (thanks Louela and Tamer!). Amazing food in all the restaurants on site. The room was very nice (royal suite). The beach is well serviced. In short, absolutely no complaint!

The location is nice, we have a nice pier to the ocean so we can swim in the deep water. The staff was also very helpful, a lot of friendly faces, the staff team from the restaurant was excellent, and Nada from customer relation, she was constantly checking with us to make sure we’re good. The reception staff was also extremely nice, when we went on a tour, they actually packed us lunch boxes!!
