The staff seemed to be very mindfull and their attention felt sincere. I loved being taken care of. Of course, the beautiful interior, privacy, respectful and very decent clientelle of the hotel. No fussing, no noise - just quiteness and full relax. It was nice being among same-minded.

The panoramic views from my room were nothing short of awe-inspiring, and I found myself captivated by the beauty of the deep blue sea and the serene atmosphere. The staff at the Blue Bay Resort Hotel are second to none. They went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Their friendliness, attentiveness, and willingness to assist with any request made me feel like I was in a home away from home. The level of service truly exceeded my expectations. The accommodation was luxurious and meticulously maintained. My room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could desire. The comfortable bed provided me with a restful night's sleep, ensuring I was ready to embrace a new day of adventure. The dining experience at the resort was a culinary delight. I sampled a wide array of delicious dishes that celebrated the flavors of Crete and the Mediterranean. The on-site restaurants offered a variety of options, each prepared with the freshest ingredients and an artistic touch that made every meal a memorable experience. The resort's facilities, including the pristine swimming pools and spa, provided ample opportunities for relaxation and rejuvenation. Whether I was lounging by the pool, enjoying a spa treatment, or engaging in water sports, there was never a dull moment during my stay. One of the highlights for me was the Blue Bay Resort Hotel's commitment to sustainability and the environment. Their eco-friendly practices and dedication to responsible tourism really impressed me. It's refreshing to see a resort that cares about the planet and actively take steps to minimize its environmental impact.

Very well managed. The staff is exceptional. Special thanks to Irini. She made our stay feel like home. The buffet was very good. Many types of delicious food to choose from.

The staff was beyond friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, the drinks at the bar exceeded my (all-inclusive style) expectations, and the facial treatment was absolute magic!

The staff was amazing! So kind and helpful. We really enjoyed all of the amenities too. The beach was beautiful but windy some days. It still felt lovely to lay out! And the food was wonderful.

Nothing to complain about especially the staff upon arrival who is very welcoming. The resort is very well kept, very large and nice rooms, a large selection and good food from the buffet. The facilities exceeded our expectations especially the pool area and even you can have excess to the nice beach Infront of the hotel. Surely will have to visit again!!
