The staff was amazing! So kind and helpful. We really enjoyed all of the amenities too. The beach was beautiful but windy some days. It still felt lovely to lay out! And the food was wonderful.

We like this place so much that we had to stay here again. All staff made us feel at home and as part of the family. The all-inclusive package was great value for money. Loved the onsite free parking. A good out-of-the-way place that was a short drive out of Heraklion. Great pool with heaps of lounges. Two bars manned most of the time and two restaurants with good times for meals. The room was a good size with a lovely shower and a nice balcony to relax in. It was almost off-season so they upgraded us to a new room that was wow. We also discovered a second massively landscaped pool that was very private and had a third bar operating during the day.

This place was very nice, you won’t be disappointed. The price per night includes all food, drinks and basic cocktails you want. It’s very clean and well kept. The food at the main buffet was on another level, such quality ingredients. We stayed in the two bedroom maisonette. It was perfect for a family of 4, maybe 5.

Food was very rich, diverse and tasty, with a great view to the sea. Pools, water slides, and beach areas are very nice and comfortable. Entertainment was relevant, I liked the live music in the evenings, sport activities.

From the moment we got to Seaside Resort we were greeted by the most friendly staff, to the guys minding our bags to the ladies in reception, we couldn't have asked for a warmer and simpler check in process. We arrived early on our check in day and was kindly offered if we would like to avail of the buffet breakfast, this was not expected as we were arriving so early. We also got kindly upgraded to a fantastic room. The view from our room was nothing short of spectacular. We were only able to stay at the resort for two nights but we would love to return for a longer stay in the future! The food was very good with a good selection as the buffet. I didn't realise that the a la carte menus were an extra cost however I believe you are entitled to a meal if you stay seven nights. We did eat in one of the A La Carte Menus on one of our nights and it was really nice and the views are fantastic. We also need to mention the Gym Facilities, they are truly fantastic and the trainer was so friendly and accommodating! We also visited the spa for a massage on our stay which again was fabulous. We will definitely be back and will recommend to other friends visiting Crete

Restaurants with a wide variety of choices. The Layout the resort, very close to all the pools and the beach. And we loves the salted water pools. The staffs are very friendly. Shout out to Natia the front desk, and the short hair lady at the Avra dining.
