It was a wonderful stay in Iolida beach, it was so comfortable to be there. There are no luxury design or a lot of events, but it was so cozy, clean and the food was amazing! It was the most delicious all inclusive in my whole live. Stuff was super friendly, we felt like we were at home there. The beach was clean, sea was amazing and we could find sun beds at every time of the day. Our room was a bit far from the beach in second part of the hotel, but we had a wonderful sea view and it was super quiet there

Good base location for visiting beaches on the northwest side of Crete. All inclusive was a nice plus that helped save on meals and time when returning from sightseeing all day and not having to go elsewhere to find food, however we were never there for lunches. They even had sandwiches and water in our fridge upon arrival after traveling all day to get there from the States. Very clean, modern decor and plenty of storage for clothes. Great view of the sea right on the beach. Best pool bar staff with Eleni and Claudia! Eleni is a true gem and works hard. She made the best drinks and all staff was friendly and welcoming.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. We had an issue with our air conditioner and they helped us switch to a similiar room the same day also, helped us book taxies. The food was excelent, there were 3 restaurants in the facility so no croudness was felt in the restaurants at any point during our stay. The view was stunning and the room was spacious and clean

Good hospitality, kindness, and sincerity in dealing as if you were among your friends and family who love you. The location is excellent, close to bars, the market, and the bus stop to the city center, and the food is good and varied. The hotel manager, Anna, is an angel from heaven.
