The location is amazing it is in the middle of the village everything is close the food is great the staff very friendly and fun the rooms are really beautiful overall it's one of if not the best hotel in bali. We chose this resort because it had a wonderful sandy beach area for swimming and an included water park for the kids. Because the water park is private to the resort, the lines were very short even during our peak season visit, so each day my kids had their fill within 1.5 hours, which allowed us to enjoy the beach and pools. Since the location is very remote, the all-inclusive package/meals made everything so easy. We found the food to have lots of variety and great quality. Our room was at the very back of the resort, next to the water park, but we still had sweeping sea views, and everything on the property was kept beautifully clean at times.

There was never a dull moment thanks to the evening shows and music. Our favorite was the Cretan dance night, full of energy and tradition. It added so much joy to our stay.

From the moment we got to Seaside Resort we were greeted by the most friendly staff, to the guys minding our bags to the ladies in reception, we couldn't have asked for a warmer and simpler check in process. We arrived early on our check in day and was kindly offered if we would like to avail of the buffet breakfast, this was not expected as we were arriving so early. We also got kindly upgraded to a fantastic room. The view from our room was nothing short of spectacular. We were only able to stay at the resort for two nights but we would love to return for a longer stay in the future! The food was very good with a good selection as the buffet. I didn't realise that the a la carte menus were an extra cost however I believe you are entitled to a meal if you stay seven nights. We did eat in one of the A La Carte Menus on one of our nights and it was really nice and the views are fantastic. We also need to mention the Gym Facilities, they are truly fantastic and the trainer was so friendly and accommodating! We also visited the spa for a massage on our stay which again was fabulous. We will definitely be back and will recommend to other friends visiting Crete
