Everything was great! Stuff is wholesome and really helpful. Helped us to rent a car and basically in any request. Great entertainment program for kids and adults. Food is good too and you have different theme cuisine every day. What’s important you have access to something to snack on for all day. We arrived late at night and was really grateful for sandwiches that waited for us in the room.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the pillows and blankets were of great quality. The cooling system worked perfectly, keeping the room at a pleasant temperature. The staff were absolutely amazing – kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The fresh orange juice at breakfast was truly delightful. The food selection was varied, but it could have been tastier and of higher quality. We also noticed that Greek cuisine was not very prominent on the menu. The bar was outstanding – diverse, professional, and offering creative cocktails that exceeded our expectations. The lazy river was perfect for relaxation, and there were plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas by the beach. The right side of the beach was sandy, while the left side was rocky, so I highly recommend wearing water shoes. Overall, I would give the highest rating to the staff and room cleanliness. Additionally, there was a bus stop very close to the hotel, which made exploring the area easy and convenient. Finally, a special thank you to Marina, Georgia, Rafaela, and Nicklas for their exceptional service and kindness, which made our stay truly unforgettable.

As the 1st experience, it was wonderful and unforgettable. The hotel location, facilities, amenities, restaurants, quality, variety of food and beverages, cleanness, services, activities, spa, clubs, loanges, bars, and lounges and entertainments were outstanding. The whole staff, including the management team, at reception, in all restaurants, in spa, in bars & lounges, in clubs, guests relation team, house keepers, etc were so super friendly, helpful, supportive and cooperative with outstanding behavior and entertaining. My fiancé and I absolutely loved every second of our stay at Pegasos Deluxe Beach Hotel! The location right on the beach is stunning, the rooms were spotless and extremely comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and special throughout our holiday. The All-Inclusive was one of the best I have ever been to. The gyros/pizza/crepes for an in-between meal were exceptional. Beautiful views, relaxing atmosphere, and wonderful service — it was everything we could have hoped for and more. We can’t wait to come back!

It was an excellent stay at the hotel. The staff and food were amazing. The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are spacious. I have only an issue with the connectivity of the wifi. It was good in most of the places of the hotel but was very poor in my room. Those who are traveling for leisure may not see this as a major issue as you travel around. One point that should be mentioned -- enjoy different kinds of music & food every night
