On arrival we were met by a competent receptionist. He welcomed us warmly. We were registered fast, explained all the ins and outs and shown the parking. Easy private parking part of hotel premises. The room was modern with comfy bed and all amenities. Also enjoyed the shampoo, soaps and lotion. Everything was spotless. Breakfast and diner were nice with large choise and plentiful. It was so nice having meals on the lovely sunny terrasse. The hotel is modern spotless and quiet. We just loved our stay there and hope to be back in the near future. Thanking the efficient staff.

Large and comfortable rooms, very friendly and effective staff, delicious, fresh, and great selection of food. Nice variety for gluten free. Very nice a la carte restaurants, we loved Enso (Asian). Lots of things to do around the property. Clean and elegant facilities. One-day turnaround for reasonably priced laundry service.

Everything is clean and pretty, all inclusive package was amazing! Best food I’ve had in an all inclusive hotel, the cocktails were also very nice. Our room had some malfunctions, probably because it was brand new and no one had found them yet. But we did, and the hotel staff not only fixed the issues but also compensated us with a meal at their chef’s restaurant, which was amazing!

Really modern facilities - the day beds are really nice to hang out at both in the room and at the pool. Staff are all friendly and make us feel welcomed. The dinners at the restaurants were also highlights of our visit. We tried every one of them and they all were delicious.

I enjoyed that everything was easily accessible at the resort. The staff was friendly and courteous when asking tons of questions. There was also a variety of restaurants available to eat different food every day.

Resort is amazing, and staff is warm and welcoming. About 20 minutes from Heraklion airport. We are a family of 4 and stayed in a room with a sliding door and two rooms with 1 king and 2 twins with a balcony overlooking the pool and partial ocean view. We stayed at the end of March, the weather was touch and go, some days warm and sunny, others cool and cloudy. The high season began April 1, so some restaurants and the waterpark were closed. The pools were available, but water was ice cold. We didn't mind. My son is 11 and could not use the gym, have to be 15 and up, however, there were other activities like basketball and soccer. Food is all-inclusive, had something for everyone. If you forget to pack something, they have an onsite supermarket with pretty reasonable prices. Lastly, cats, you will see them, about 3 or 4 that hang around. Not too aggressive, but definitely waited for food. There is a sister resort next door that Lyttos guests have access to.
