Everything about this hotel is top level. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. The facilities are top notch, the room was very well furbished, comfortable and cozy. The restaurant is amazing and I definitely recommend dining there. The staff was so kind to offer us 2 cakes free of charge to celebrate our birthdays. This hotel is not just a facility, it's an experience.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at the resort. It truly lives up to its 5-star reputation. The resort is stunning, with an authentic Mediterranean charm that we fell in love with. The bungalows and villas were especially beautiful and made our stay even more special. The service was exceptional, and the food—oh, the food—was simply outstanding. We enjoyed every single moment and are already missing it. All in all, it was a fantastic vacation.

I literally loved everything about this trip there is nothing I could say other than thank you to the staff for going above and beyond for my 30th birthday and making the trip so memorable for me and everyone else!

On arrival we were met by a competent receptionist. He welcomed us warmly. We were registered fast, explained all the ins and outs and shown the parking. Easy private parking part of hotel premises. The room was modern with comfy bed and all amenities. Also enjoyed the shampoo, soaps and lotion. Everything was spotless. Breakfast and diner were nice with large choise and plentiful. It was so nice having meals on the lovely sunny terrasse. The hotel is modern spotless and quiet. We just loved our stay there and hope to be back in the near future. Thanking the efficient staff.

Large and comfortable rooms, very friendly and effective staff, delicious, fresh, and great selection of food. Nice variety for gluten free. Very nice a la carte restaurants, we loved Enso (Asian). Lots of things to do around the property. Clean and elegant facilities. One-day turnaround for reasonably priced laundry service.

Everything is clean and pretty, all inclusive package was amazing! Best food I’ve had in an all inclusive hotel, the cocktails were also very nice. Our room had some malfunctions, probably because it was brand new and no one had found them yet. But we did, and the hotel staff not only fixed the issues but also compensated us with a meal at their chef’s restaurant, which was amazing!

We traveled for our family vacation this September. Having experienced many high-standard all-inclusive hotels before, this one exceeded all expectations in terms of value for money. We stayed in a Comfort Family Room, which is perfect for families with kids above 5 years old. It gave us both privacy and togetherness at the same time. The room was spotless, and the housekeeping staff was always present and attentive. There’s even a WhatsApp service where you can ask for anything you need and get a quick, polite response. Special thanks to Anastasia and Voula for their warm assistance. The hotel offers an amazing, well-maintained water park suitable for kids of all ages, as well as numerous clean and organized pools. In every pool area, there’s always a bar or restaurant nearby, so you’ll never go hungry or thirsty. Drinks, both soft and alcoholic, are included in the all-inclusive package—always high quality and served with a smile. For fitness lovers, the hotel provides daily fitness classes (bookable through the app), a fully equipped 24/7 gym—one of the best I’ve seen—and professional tennis courts. Breakfast is served in several restaurants with plenty of variety. As someone who usually doesn’t enjoy the food at all-inclusive hotels (especially dinners), I was very impressed by the diversity and quality: lots of grilled/roasted vegetables, healthy options, and fresh salads in the buffet restaurant. We also dined at three à la carte restaurants: Thalassa (Mediterranean), Azzurro (Italian), and Meat-In (Steakhouse). The food in all of them was excellent, and even our picky kids were happy with the children’s menu. The private beach is also a highlight, with a wave breaker that makes swimming safe even for little kids. The beach is clean, organized, and equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds. Towels are always available at the pools and beach areas. The service was consistently outstanding.

Wonderful family holiday, we were all happy because: - we booked two double rooms, got two rooms upgraded, the rooms are very clean, big and comfortable. Each room has two toilets and showers. Our kids have their own privacy. They clean the rooms everyday. - internet very fast but once in a while there’s none - full board, food is delicious. They also care about the special needs guests. Our kid cannot eat gluten, they make every meal for her whenever she needs. - the gym is very clean, new but no instructions for some machines. No staff who can be reached. - everyone can book table at all three restaurants they have. Foods are generally the same as the main restaurant. The asian is the best, we highly recommend. - entertainment is low budget but some programs are entertaining. - we love the dehydrating water refill system, there are machines everywhere where you can refill fresh water, top! - the manager Jasmine cares a lot her guests, she follows up and arrange birthday cake for our daughter, she had a wonderful 10 year old birthday celebration at one of their restaurants.

The hotel was on a high level. Everything was clean, the facilties were amazing. Very big hotel, lots of activities to offer, especially for family. Big pools, parks, game area and so on.
