I spent 7 unforgettable days at Potidea Palace in June, and everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning — beautifully maintained, clean, and set in an idyllic location. But what truly made the experience exceptional was the warm, professional, and dedicated staff. A special thank you to Athina, who was incredibly kind and helpful in the restaurant. Her attentiveness and genuine smile made each meal even more enjoyable. I also want to sincerely highlight the Albanian staff working at the resort. Their professionalism, kindness, and work ethic stood out every single day. They are incredibly hardworking and played a big part in making our stay so comfortable and relaxing. It’s clear they take great pride in their work, and it shows in everything they do. I have been here with my family for a week on all inclusive. We were delighted by the food. It was honestly good quality fresh food. We also had an amazing time thanks to Maya, Sara & the entertainment team. The hotel beach is also quite nice and clean. The staff are on the whole very friendly. Special thanks goes to our server Maria on the a la carte who made our lunch one fit for kings and queens.

The staff at this resort were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed the delicious meals that offered a wide variety of food. The resort provides accommodations along with a variety of recreational activities, dining options and amenities like spas, pools and entertainment.
