We chose this resort because it had a wonderful sandy beach area for swimming and an included water park for the kids. Because the water park is private to the resort, the lines were very short even during our peak season visit, so each day my kids had their fill within 1.5 hours, which allowed us to enjoy the beach and pools. Since the location is very remote, the all-inclusive package/meals made everything so easy. We found the food to have lots of variety and great quality. Our room was at the very back of the resort, next to the water park, but we still had sweeping sea views, and everything on the property was kept beautifully clean at times.

Iberostar Selection Creta Marine enjoys a privileged beachfront location, overlooking 3 private coves. It is located 1.9 mi from Panormo and 11 mi from Rethymno.

What not to like?! Location, staff, food, amenities, activities. A true paradise. We visited with 2 kids. So many pools, a kids club, fun fun and fun for everyone. The food was really good and the staff were extremely kind!!!!! We will definitely return.

The all inclusive food was spectacular, especially Greek Night! The servers were very friendly and picking up dirty plates and refilling drinks promptly.

Friendly and wonderful staff. Hotel was modern and had all the ameneties required for a great vacation. Food and drink was also really good. Good mix of food and many Greek alternatives. Beach was short walk and really nice.
