The cleanliness of the room and hotel, food was excellent, all you can eat helped lol.The staff was very professional....they was very detailed in everything...paid attention to your complaints and was fast at resolving and responding to it. Big shout out to Dania, Stacia, Nicole, kelvin, Meliva, and the buffet supervisor... sorry, I forgot people names....but everyone in the buffet section was nice...

One of the absolute highlights of our trip was dining at Himitsu, where we had the pleasure of being served by Ice, the chef. He was not only incredibly professional, but also brought such passion and skill to the meal that it turned dinner into an experience. Truly top-notch culinary service! Hands down the most luxurious hotel I’ve ever been in. It lives up to the hype! I had an amazing view and I definitely plan on returning. Dinner by the water was the most magical thing ever. And the staff was so caring !!! Even if I waited almost 2 hours for my breakfast due to high orders from people watching FIFA, they were supper sympathetic and professional and offered compensation for the delay. Saint Lucia is my home and staff like the ones at harbour club remind me why I love saint lucia so much. can’t wait to come again!

Our stay at the Landings was exceptional from our arrival at the gate! The warm welcome greetings from the friendly staff received set the standard for interactions during our stay, from check in to check out. The hotel's elegant design in the lobby set the tone for our impeccable suite, facilities and all. The view from the beach front room was such a treat! the calm, clear water, the beach front, mountains in the distance Pigeon Island close by... We fell asleep to the sound of the waves. Priceless! Breakfast was a feast with a wide variety of options. Best of all, the location made it super easy to get to Jazz at Pigeon Island. It is a walk away, so no traffic to deal with. Highly recommended for your next travel adventure!

The staff are amazing, front desk made sure everything went perfectly the most amazing thing is when u download the app and u can Order food late night I’m talking 1am I was ordering and they bring it up to ur room for you ..( finger foods) I would highly recommend the adult only. Bartender were my favorite well I believe it’s everybody favorite .. I was a little nervous when I started reading the reviews and people said the food wasn’t good and entertainment is not good but let me tell you the food was amazing everything I ate at the hotel hit the right spot and the entertainment was the best

The hotel had a plethora of food, drink, and pool options. It caters to everyone including children. The room service was great for the nights spent indoors. The entertainment was superb and the overall staff was very friendly and accommodating to all our needs.
