The hotel is fabulous. The staff are amazing. Damarys (server at the beach) was a ray of sunshine. She was so happy and positive. Also Gabriel (at building 3 restaurant) was very attentive and friendly. Love the app to reserve the restaurants. Lots of beach chairs around the pool and at the beach. Activities/entertainment are fun. Highly recommend this resort.

The staff was incredible. The service was the best I have experienced in Mexico and have been traveling there for many years. We traveled to Nizuc in Cancun a few weeks ago and the service was so much better at kempinski. It was also quieter and overall a better experience. The rooms were also cozier at kempinski. We will 100% be back.

Is was perfect! The room was huge, the bed was comfortable, we have a private hot tub in our room that upgraded the room. There even has a bluetooth in the bathroom. The mini bar was full with drinks and snacks. The facilities of the hotel were great- 2 huge pools, tennis court and a coffee shop with great coffee and pastries. The food was amazing! Especially the buffet and the oleo restaurant. In the night they have a club that every night has different activity and after that it become to a party. They also has a quite bar. The staff were very nice, especially the bell boy. We really enjoy, our vacation was 10/10 and if we come back to cancun will go back.

Food - There are 3 restaurants - Asiatic, Mexican, Sea food (mariscos) providing flexibility and a lot of options to eat. Quality and Quantity are appreciable as well. Stay- We booked a room with a sea view and it was incredible. The room was also clean and had all amenities as described. Location - At walking distance (10mnts), we visited playa delfines which is one of the famous beach. Just in front of the hotel there are bus services as well. Uber/taxi if booked also comes for pickup and drop-off. This place is just 13mnts from the airport which gives a hassle free journey.
