The experience was incredible. From the moment I arrived and was greeted by name at the door, to the attentive check-in process, and the delightful aroma in the reception area, everything was perfect. The staff provided exceptional service, giving a thorough tour of the hotel and explaining every detail. The restaurants were wonderful, the nightclub had great music, a fantastic band, and excellent drinks. The attention on the beach and at the pool enhanced the experience, providing maximum comfort.

Loved everything about this resort. Very clean and the food was excellent. You get access to two beaches which is a bonus. The staff were great and the location is close to everything. This is a family resort although there is an adult only tower but I would recommend it for a family vacation

Our first experience of an all inclusive & pleased to report we enjoyed it. The facilities were great! We upgraded to Inspira and it was worth it to be able to have breakfast in your room because there were queues for eggs at breakfast and the view from our beach side suite was definitely nicer and quieter. It was also super handy to be able to order take away lunches for excursion days. We were the envy of everyone in our boat trip. The food at Yakka was great! Really enjoyed a quiet meal in the more intimate setting. Our room was lovely and exactly as advertised. Staff were great and super helpful, helped us out with taxis and recommendations. The hotel made a special effort since it was our honeymoon. We'd definitely return.
