- Food : great variety, restaurant like dishes, fancy buffet and eating area - Cleanness : the room was cleaned regularly, overall hotel was cleaned all the time and facilities were neat - Stylish and elegant design - Almost all staff spoke English and other international languages - Polite and welcoming staff very professional - Clear and comfortable check in and check out - I like that hotel give us 2 key cards and there is no towel cards (easy to just go and ask for towels and hotel guests, which is a great sign)

The hotel is really nice, clean, great view from the pool and the beach deck, Breakfast was nice and diverse. Location is good too, 10 minute walk from the old city.

My family and I stayed at this resort 4 nights (May, 2025). Nice resort, large and very well maintained gardens, several pools, plenty of space for sunbathing, several restaurants. I had a green room in the old building Club Sera. Very quite. Nice balcony with the red pool and sea view. Airplanes didn't bothered me at all because there were not many aircrafts flighting there. I loved this place. Very friendly, polite, and helpful staff. If I will get a chance, I will comeback here for longer stay.

A good, quiet hotel for both rest and work — I’ve stayed here more than once. I recommend choosing a room with a panoramic view. Minor flaws due to the building’s age are outweighed by the great view and reasonable price. The staff is friendly and helpful. Convenient location — close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and not far from a gym.

Location is walkable to shop 24/7 RoSe restaurant, Migros grocers and lots of other options. Poll and breakfast are nice. 2 elevators and a nice balcony is an additional bonus.
