One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! Casa Nonna is truly a gem in every detail. From the very first moment, the welcome was so warm and kind — it truly felt like home. The service was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious and everything was spotless and elegant. The cleanliness of the rooms and all shared areas was top-notch. The hotel offers amazing services that are well worth the price. What makes this place even more special is that the hotel owners are present and genuinely care about the guests’ experience. A special thank you to Tetyana for her kindness and help throughout our stay — she was the sweetest and made us feel truly cared for. the staff was really very welcoming and smiley 😊 On the first breakfast I’ve ordered tea, and when I came the next day, waiter has brought me tea without waiting for my order. As for me, this is really very important point that he has remembered my preference. Everybody was very polite and helpful (reception, housekeeping, waitresses). This was my second coming, and as the first one it was very pleasant.

It was our anniversary. Hotel manager Burak was very nice and made a surprise for us with fruit plate and flowers. Room is clean, house keeping makes it fast, very comfortable bed and super dust free bathroom. Amazing spa! You will never forget this massage. All girls are professionals, I don’t remember all names but second visit there was Omni and she did it very strong. For those who like sport massage it’s best option. Food is various and everyone can find something for himself. Special thanks to manager Burak and artists from South Africa 🔥

The variety of food was amazing. The snacks in the evening were good as well. Overall, worth the price. Also, we booked a standard room but they upgraded us to a family room with a queen and 2 single beds so that was a bonus.
