Exceptional hotel. Spotlessly clean. Good mix of pools and facilities. Great food with large variety of dishes and restaurants. Kids club activities are great and the mini club staff is superb. The animation is amazing and every day there are unique and well planned fun activities. In general I believe the success story of this resort is the staff and its world class service. We stayed around end of August which is the high season but surprisingly it did not feel crowded and we never had to wait more than 2 or 3 minutes for anything. We did not need or want to go out of the hotel during our stay.

We loved everything from food to the smallest details. We did not have to worry about a thing, including to make sure that the food is halal. Also we loved that any time of the day or night we could go and have some food and Turkish tea(very tasty). Great vacation!

It feels like you are in a luxurious palace. The buffet, the outside kiosk, the drinks and the ice cream were amazing the staff are very cooperative, the room service is great even at four in the morning. the activities inside the hotel are wonderful and renewed, the water park is amazing. the best thing about the hotel is that there are sound insulators so that you do not hear any noise between places.
