The hotel boasts two heated pools—one indoor and one outdoor—providing a relaxing experience regardless of the weather. The spa, included in the price, is on the smaller side, but we had no issues using it during our stay. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a variety of tasty options available. Overall, this hotel provided a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bansko.

Parking on the street but guarded by cameras. We booked a sports massage and it was just perfect. The place is 5 minutes from all amenities, right next to the old village center. The staff is extremely helpful.

Breakfast, dinner and spa were good. Just one day sauna was out of service. I particularly liked a swimming pool - clean and decent size. The internal green yard with beautiful trees was great for the relaxing rest during the day.

The owners really made the stay special. The rooms were spacious and clean, the location was 10 minutes walking distance to the ski lift.

Casa Karina Apartments se nachází pouhých 100 metrů od lyžařského vleku na úpatí pohoří Pirin v Bansku. Apartmány mají výhled na pohoří Pirin a Rila. Comfy and clean rooms. They have underground secured parking which is wonderful! The breakfast and dinner was brilliant. Location is also very good! Strongly recommended!

Stayed for one week,staff was great,rooms were very clean and good size(I had an apartment with 2 bedrooms) The only remark the menu could improve a little bit,not too many choices but in general was tasty and I enjoy it. I recommend it and maybe I'll book it again.
