Staff were particularly helpful and friendly. The location is fantastic, the room was beautiful and comfortable. Walking distance to everything (food, bars, gondola), free parking on and off site. The room and spa were great. Has a ski rental in the same building and a room to leave your own ski equipment if needed. Has a free shuttle to easily get to the gondola and back. Location was also great, only a few minutes walk from the center. The cold bath and saunas are great for recovery after a long ski day. We also took the massage one day and it was refreshing. Really great value for every buck.

Molerite Complex has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Bansko. The property is located 10 miles from Vihren Peak. The property has room service and luggage storage space for guests. Great hotel with a view on the mountain. The restaurant offers excellent food. The rooms are nice and big, clean and cozy. One of the downsides is that parking on the street is paid, but the personnel offered to help with payment details.
