We absolutely loved everything about the place. It’s well designed and managed, quiet, beautiful, with excellent food and very attentive and caring personnel. We booked two rooms which were very spacious and comfortable. The resort facilities provide opportunities for various activities, are well equipped and run. The gym is great. There are several large pools and they were never crowded. The beach is very beautiful. Many thanks to the staff of the hotel who made this stay so enjoyable and pleasant. Overall - a great experience.

Located in Santa Bárbara de Samaná, 2 km from Playa La Mara, Bahia Principe Grand Samana - Adults Only provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and... Spacious room, nicely decorated, unmatched view. I read the bad reviews about the food, I do not know what people usually eat, but for me the food quality was far over the expectations. Beautiful beach. And with the rented car you can reach in 20-30 minutes one of the most beautiful beaches as well as other amazing trekking places in DR if the hotel beach is not enough.

This all-inclusive resort is nestled on the sandy beaches of Samana Bay, offering breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Amazing location, we felt like in the botanic garden with rare birds around. The great perk of the hotel is that it is rather secluded and separated from the surrounding area. Another wonderful thing was that it was never crowded due to it’s wisely constructed buildings.

El Grand Bahia Principe El Portillo està situat a Las Terrenas, una zona amb platges de sorra blanca. El resort ofereix una piscina exterior, un restaurant i accés a internet WiFi. Everything you do is facing the beach. The personnel, no queues almost when the hotel was quite full so very well organized. The beach is fantastic.
