It is a great property especially for family with kids. The activities, pools, beach side, setting around is more than I’ve expected. The whole staff especially Eliza in customer service was so helpful. They have offered us a complimentary dinner which was also nice gesture… Our flight was 3am in the morning and they even helped us to use the facilities after our trip on our check out day where we need to use showers. This is a great customer service!!! Well done Pickalbatros, we’r looking forward to come back again in March or April in our nearest vacation…

It’s truly a dream resort – the rooms are clean, the food is excellent, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. A special thank you to all the staff, especially Mr. Amthal at the reception, Mr. Ahmed at the downstairs bar, and Hassan for their outstanding hospitality and professionalism. They made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel as the best value for money. I will definitely come back again!

Hands down the best hotel I have ever visited. Everything to the T was perfect and we got the best service from our now friend Mohammed. Dont ever hesitate to book this hotel. The luxury speaks for itself. And omg the food! The most insane buffet selection with great taste. Thanks to everyone at the hotel from the reception to the amazing chefs and all the rest of the staff. You made our experience amazing and we will 100% be back.

Located in Sharm El Sheikh, SUNRISE Montemare Resort -Grand Select- features 4 outdoor pools, a private beach and a restaurant. The facility itself, location, layout, cleanliness, landscape, birds, flowers, etc. are extremely attentive and peaceful. The beauties about the staff started before the check-in. I traveled with my seven-year-old son. I asked for a room close to the beach. We checked late. Our request was met. Islam at the reception offered a very good welcome. I wanted to write a separate paragraph for the restaurant staff. “Chef-i Kebir” Mr. SHENOUDA, his entire team (Mr. Moustapha, Mr. Mahmoud, etc.) have created a real friendship environment for me and my son. Mrs. Samara conducted customer relations surveys every evening for all guests at the table. The food was simply delicious. It was also very diverse. We stayed for eight nights, we had no problems due to food. I will convey an anecdote to be an example of sincerity and closeness: I have a gluten allergy and i told this to Mr.Shenouda the first day. One of the days that continued, while I was taking food, he came to me and pointed to a dish on my plate and said, “There is flour in the sauce of this. Don’t eat this.” I wrote friendship above, I want to give an example of this: during a lunch, my son was video calling with his mother. At that time, Mr. Shenouda came to him. My son handed out his phone to his mother and said, “Look, I want to introduce you to my friend”! How wrong can a seven-year-old child be? Room cleaning and mini bar quality is excellent. Also thanks to house keeper Mr. Hassan. We stayed in the swim-up room. It was very comfortable. Although it is extra, I also recommend the FELLUCA Seafood restaurant. The food quality and presentation are really excellent and top-end.(thans to Mr. Mouhammed) The quality of the beach and underwater is very good. Dive Center is professional. A note for snorkelers and divers: the famous El Fanar beach hotel is 3-4 minutes away by taxi. We went there twice during our stay. There are great snorkeling and diving facilities.

Everything here is an amazing start from reception with Mr. shenouda is a very nice person he is doing his best at reception disk to make the people happy to all the staff and is welcome people and to housekeepers, especially Yasin. He was our room keeper. He is doing his best at work every one here smiling person asking always if you need any help and the food it was great and tasty and the pool boy Ali very nice person relay It was a very wonderful experience

The resort is amazing! We were provided with a room upgrade upon arrival. The room was fantastic. Tried 4 Alacarte restaurants. The Indian & Turkish restaurants offered that authentic experience and the food was perfect. We loved the fact that the staff are really good and the service to transport us along the resort is readily available. Numerous spots from the beach, pools, bars & Cafes to choose from. I would definitely visit again.
