We really liked the layout of the balconies and facilities in the hotel which meant that there were lots of view points and opportunities to enjoy relaxing in a beautiful environment.

Absolutely loved our stay - just wished it was longer! From start to finish it was a thoroughly relaxing and very enjoyable experience. The staff and facilities are excellent.

This my first time trying all inclusive and it was such a great experience. The pool was heated and the view was amazing. The Staff were so friendly and kept making sure we were alright. Always on hand to fill our drinks when needed. Breakfast was incredible especially with the view and everyday a pastry chef would make something special for us to try. We would eat at restaurants most nights but the Buffet in the main building had plenty of food. We were overwhelmed. It was nice to try new types of foods that you wouldn't normally. Our room was gorges and even when we checked out they looked after us up until we left for the airport.

Hotel AF Valle Orotava is a 4-star hotel, completely renovated, located in the center of Puerto de la Cruz, 10 minutes walk from Playa Jardín, equipped with modern facilities and rooms with views of... It is so central and very clean. Staff are wonderful especially Jose on reception. Mu elderly father in law was with us and they treated him very well. The breakfast choice was very good and the pool and bar area was lovely
