Facing the beachfront, Charela Inn offers 4-star accommodations in Negril and features an outdoor swimming pool, garden and private beach area. Everything was amazing. From the location, to the staff and services. Highly recommend it, although better to book it with an all-inclusive package as meals in the restaurant can be a bit pricey. The food was great anyway!

The hotel offers everything you need, with some extra water activities (some of them included). Food and drinks are quite good. The rooms are large and comfortable, even the junior suite. There are lots of options of drinks in the bars and the main restaurant also offers a great variety of food and drinks for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We didn't use the pools, but there three options, being one of them a bar pool. An agenda with daily activities is available and you can easily access the schedule through the RIU App, which is quite practical.

Great variety with breakfast, lunch and dinner at Mahogany. Pool access was excellent as was the cleanliness . Kids loved that! Beach was never crowded. It was clean and water was warm. Beautiful and clean landscaping. Oceans gave great lunch. Housekeeper Carol was excellent. Veronica in Mahogany was professional and welcoming always. Maintenance was good at responding to issue .
