The hotel was great, the pool area and the beach is not over crowded and it was very clean. The staff were really pleasant and helpful in every aspect - very professional and very polite (from the staff at the reception, to the staff in the restaurant, cleaning ladies, everyone!)There were activities for children and for adults every day. The view from the room was amazing - looking at the pool and the sea. The room and the hotel itself is very clean and they provide you with new towels for the beach every day.

Tento 5hvězdičkový hotel se nachází 15 minut chůze od historického centra Dubrovníku. Our experience at Rixos Dubrovnik was outstanding. The room was modern, beautifully maintained, and opened to an incredible view of the Adriatic — even during stormy weather it was breathtaking. The bathroom was spacious, clean and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches like robes, slippers and premium toiletries. The overall ambiance of the hotel is elegant and relaxing, from the stylish hallways to the festive winter décor in the lobby. Room service was excellent — the cheese platter and shrimp pasta were delicious and well presented. A special mention to the receptionist, who was extremely helpful and friendly. She guided us through the hotel facilities clearly and made check-in smooth and welcoming. What a great first impression that carried through the whole stay! Beautiful property, great service, and a truly memorable atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Staff were extremely helpful with advices and any kind of advice. Wonderful place and location. Great food in the restaurant at the hotel. Dubrovnik and other islands easily accessible by regular boat service.

It was perfect! Food was great (we had only breakfast but it had everything), staff is really friendly and helpful. Location is great as it has the beach in the front, the old town 5-10 minutes walk and a lot of other activities like pool, gym and a room with table-tennis and other things.

Bluesun hotel Neptun – All inclusive nabízí služby all inclusive, řadu různých aktivit a velký venkovní bazén. The beach is amazing in Tucepi, but at this time of the year (early June) the sea is still a bit chilly (not that it stopped us from swimming though). It is literally placed in front of the hotel. We loved the pool and kids activities. The animators were really doing their best to make the trip memorable for our daughter, so we could all enjoy it. There was a quiz and lovely live music in the evenings. The food was very delicious and there was plenty of choice for everyone. All the workers were very kind and lovely, from receptionists to hygienists.
