Excellent choice of restaurants and bar options, every type of variety and well presented. Service was exceptional as well and staff were switched on, friendly and informative. The pool areas were clean and well maintained and the evening entertainment was brilliant. We had a great time and couldn't recommend the property more.

Beautiful resort, great food and amazing staff! Noe and Louis at the pool bar were excellent! Spa was incredible! We stayed in an ocean front unit for our honeymoon which wasn’t cheap but highly recommend it!

Offering amazing views of the Caribbean Sea, Palmaïa – The House of AïA is a luxury all-inclusive resort that features large outdoor pools, a wonderful spa and beauty center, 5 à la carte restaurants... I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The food and drinks were exceptional – every meal was a culinary delight, and I appreciated the variety of vegan options available. It was so refreshing to see such attention to diverse dietary preferences. Amazing staff. The beach was stunning – beautifully maintained, clean, and perfect for relaxing or enjoying a peaceful stroll. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with a well-thought-out design and immaculate upkeep that made our stay even more enjoyable. While everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations, I would not recommend the spa services. I booked a manicure with gel polish, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Spa staff damaged my nails, which was frustrating. However, this is not the hotel’s fault. I left the hotel feeling incredibly satisfied and can’t wait to return. It’s a place I would highly recommend to anyone seeking excellent service, delicious food, and a stunning location!

This stunning beachfront resort is set on the beautiful strip of Punta Cancun and framed by the Caribbean Sea, where you can enjoy a white sand beach and clear-blue waters. The restaurants are ALL amazing, no complaints about any food and there are options for everything, everywhere. Clean towels are available in multiple places around the hotel. The cleaness is unbeatable, All staff is lovely - no exceptions here. Activities and shows every single day. Beach is incredible, the water of the pools are crystal clear. Dolphins are soooo cuuuute, it's a life-time experience. the staff are really stick to their schedule with the activities, always cheering you up and the best to me: no loud parties late in the night after 1 am (perhaps even after 12 am), which means calm and relaxing nights to you so you wake up renewed for another day in paradise. Stayed for 4 nights at the pyramid tower with ocean view with my wife, and i wish i could have stayed for 7. Comfy beds, pillows, temperature and air conditioning and room service was flawless. definitely worth it staying at the Hyatt Ziva in Cancun.

We stayed as a couple in the Adults only Hideaway section with Diamond Club service- and we literally pampered! We keep coming back to this resort for it's safety, food and entertainment variety , Spa services , and sheer niceness/ attention to service of staff! Special shout out to Enrique and Marlon our butlers for taking care of even our smallest needs and desires!

Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun is a AAA's 5 Diamond Award Winner property with 13 outdoor pools, 6 à la carte gourmet restaurants, a buffet restaurant, a Coco Café, a Barefoot Grill and a... Beautiful resort, calm and sophisticated, high quality service and food. Definitely one of my most favorites stays
