I was in the yellow theme room, ac, hippie decor, nice bathroom with shower gel and shampoo avail if you need. Each room has a patio to hangout. 15 min walk to Eagle Beach,5 min to gas station/convenient store/restaurants, big grocery store near by. Residential area, safe, close to Palm Beach for a night out. Owner lives in the front house if you need anything he'll be happy to help. I mainly spent time at Arashi beach/Tres Trapi/Boca Catalina so it was a great location for me. A bit far from the south of the island but if you have car or don't mind taking the cab then you'll be fine

Easy check in. Location is about 5-6 blocks from Eagle Beach in a gated community. Included 4 beach chairs, beach towels and two coolers to take to the beach! Condo was nice with plenty of room for 5. The condo, location, communication and price were all good. Would definitely stay again. Aruba is such a great place, I highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Pearl Condos. Great location, 5-7 walk to the beautiful Eagle beach, while there is also a really nice pool and a huge jacuzzi on the premises. Comfortable condo unit, basic, but clean and had all the essentials. The grounds are very well maintained. A few grill stations for communal use along with outdoor eating spaces were super convenient. The staff was great - Danni, Omar, others - very responsive, quick, friendly, always available to help!
